The Vaishno Devi shrine situated in the town of Katra close to Jammu attracts millions of Hindu devotees throughout the year. Jammu is also famous for some of its cuisines such as Chocolate Barfi and Patisa.
The transportation system is majorly dominated by roadways and taxis are undoubtedly the best option as one can enjoy the beauty of the nature while travelling. You can reach the city by either directly booking a cab from Delhi or can take private cabs or taxis from the city itself. One can directly book a Delhi airport taxi and reach the city as soon as possible.
